Qualification Courses
The Institute for the Development of Financial Markets is an accredited organization that performs certification for financial market professionals. The Institute’s instructors use modern educational methodology and technique to ensure high-quality training and consistently superior results.
To take a Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) Certificate exam, students of the Institute may undertake the following training courses:
- Basic Course on the securities market for securities market professionals
- Series 1.0 qualification course on broker/dealer activity, and securities management
- Series 2.0 qualification course on clearing activity/organization of trade
- Series 3.0 qualification course on administration of the share registry
- Series 4.0 qualification course on depositary procedures
- Series 5.0 qualification course on administration of investment funds, mutual investment funds, and non-government pension funds
- Series 6.0 qualification course for CEOs and professionals of specialized depositaries of mutual investment funds, and non-government pension funds
- Series 7.0 qualification course for CEOs and controllers of privatel pension funds on activities of private pension funds on non-governmental pension provision, obligatory pension insurance and profession pension insurance
In order to receive a qualification certificate, applicants should take and pass two exams: a basic course exam and a specialized course exam that corresponds to the specific type of activity they will be conducting on the financial markets.
All exams for qualification certificates can be taken at the exam center of the Institute.
